The Granville School is set in delightful grounds surrounded by woodlands. It is situated in a quiet residential area north of Sevenoaks town within easy walking distance of Sevenoaks railway station.
While keeping its traditional values, The Granville is committed to providing the children with facilities which enhance their learning experience. The current site of the school has been altered, adapted and extended over the years and it boasts specialist teaching areas, large airy and bright classrooms and excellent sporting facilities including an indoor swimming pool.
The governors are constantly assessing the buildings and land which we own in order to ensure that our pupils enjoy a high quality environment in which they can flourish.
The Main Building houses our year 5 and year 6 Classrooms, the Main Office, Science Lab, ICT Suite, the Senior Library and offices. The building has been extended many times to enhance the facilities for our pupils. This includes our Great Hall, the Music Studio, the Jubilee Hall (swimming pool) and Dining Hall. The latter two were part of the New Building development, which was completed in 1994 and formally opened by the Vicountess De L’Isle.
