The Eco sculpture of a polar bear is complete! Well done to the Eco team for helping build this fabulous sculpture.
A special mention goes to Amelie in Year 2, who not only designed the polar bear, but worked with the art department to give it the final details that brought it to life.
We have shown even milk bottles can have another use! The polar bear is in the cloisters for everyone to see, and after Christmas will be moved up to Woods so we can see what happens to the milk bottles once left outside. Are the bottles biodegradable – will they fall apart and rot away when outside?
Pupils have been asked to think up names for the Bear and submit them in the School’s Eco box.
