Tasia, in Year 5, was one of four girls and four boys selected to compete in the U9 Kent County Cup this summer. The event, which took place on 17 August 2019, was very exciting, involving singles, doubles and mixed doubles matches.
The Kent team played incredibly well, achieving clear wins over the other counties in their division, Essex, Sussex, Surrey and Buckinghamshire and finished up as Division winners!
Tasia and her sister Mila (Year 3) also played a number of other tennis competitions over the summer (U10 and U9 for Tasia and U9 and U8 for Mila) achieving some great results including three wins each. Well done, girls!
